Summary
The purpose of the Human Resources Coordinator II role is to provide HR and administrative support to the Human Resources Team and serve as a liaison between HR management and Supply Chain Operations. The candidate's main function will be handling payroll/reporting (Time co.) and warehouse recruiting (ATS- iCims).
Essential Functions
Support Ryder's Human Resources Department with a variety of tasks, projects, corporate events, employee's activities and day to day routine assignments. Collaborates in the execution and organization of events and activities.
Coordinate the development and delivery of open requisitions
Process the hourly payroll ensuring hours are accurately recorded and reported
Accurately process HR entry transaction (profiles) including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, equity, etc.
Coordinate/execute new hire on-boarding/post-boarding processes for employees including but not limited to: handbook & policy updates, update organizational charts, maintenance of files
Collaborate with the tracking of exempt and non-exempt requisitions and is a liaison between the hiring manager and recruiter throughout the hiring process from beginning to end
Additional Responsibilities
Ensure all Bulletin Boards are updated with Federal/State/EEO required posters
Support the HR team in special projects and/or assignments
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
H.S. diploma/GED required General H.S. subjects
Three (3) years or more In similar Human Resources role required
