About the job:

Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. (This is in a dry warehouse, NOT refrigerated)

The Basics:

  • WEEKLY pay:$19.50/hour PLUS incentives to include:

  • Weekend Incentives - Additional $0.75/hour

  • Case Pick production Incentive: $2.00 - $6.00/hour

  • Schedule:Saturday & Sunday - 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

  • 3 days during the week - 4:00 am - 12:30 pm

  • **Work 8-10 hours per day or as business needs require

  • Requirements:

  • Must have previous pallet jack experience.

  • Case Picking Experience at least 6 months exp.

  • Warehouse Experience Required

  • WMS Systems Knowledge is helpful

  • Ability to lift heavy boxes over your head (up to 50 pounds)

  • (again) Double Pallet Jack Experience isREQUIRED

  • Other requirements:Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test

The Case Picker is responsible to efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

  • Must have adequate math skills

  • Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes

  • Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)

  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills

  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices


  • Picking product and case pick.

  • Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.

  • Safely operate material handling equipment.

  • Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.

  • Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
