Ryder System Human Resources Generalist in SPRING HILL, Tennessee
As part of the Ryder team, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, benefits, training, diversity, employee and labor relations, and wage and salary administration. Preference for prior transportation/automotive experience.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of at least 2 (two) years Human Resources related experience or Master's Degree and a minimum of 1 (one) year of Human Resources related experience
SHRM Professional Certification Preferred
Must have business perspective
Performs a variety of functions for multifunction teams, as part of a high-performance HR work team
Interprets policies and makes recommendations on routine HR matters
Ensures compliance with all legal and corporate guidelines
May provide guidance on a variety of employee relations issues, grievance responses and other areas affecting the business
