Summary

The Sales Support Specialist will provide support to the National Account sales team and their internal and external customers. The incumbent will assist in managing and facilitating operational and tactical issues that arise with their assigned salesperson(s), their existing customer base and national sales prospects.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Primary contact on day to day account management for national sales customers/prospects

  • Create executive reviews, customer specific reports and proposals when needed

  • Salesforce.com administrator

  • Responsible for contract package submissions to SSC

  • Responsible for all aspects of vehicle spacing, purchasing, pricing and billing for respective customers/prospects

  • Knowledge of our systems and how they integrate with our business

  • Address customer maintenance, billing and receivable issues

  • Participate in projects/task forces as assigned by Group Director of National Accounts or VP National Sales.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Exposure to Full Service Lease, RPM, and/or DCC product line intermediate preferred

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required General H.S. subjects

  • Five (5) years or more 3-5 years customer service/relations experience required

  • Proficient in MS Office Programs advanced required

  • Customer Service in dealing with accounts advanced required

  • Exposure to Full Service Lease, RPM, and/or DCC product line intermediate preferred
