The HR Compliance Analyst will support functional areas of California Compliance as assigned, including but not limited to: I-9 compliance, Pre-employment services, Unemployment Insurance claims, Immigration Services, Leave Administration, Drug and Alcohol program, HR Compliance, compliance with collective bargaining agreements, and HR knowledge administration. HR Compliance Analyst ensures adherence to the established policies and procedures, and established governance process.

Overall accountability for the functional area(s) assigned and relevant project execution. Manage the scope and schedule for assigned projects and programs; engage needed resources; establish timelines, deliverables, tasks, identifying inter-dependencies with internal and extern stakeholders to ensure strategic goals and deadlines are met.
Conducts compliance audits, analyzes results and generates reports for relevant functional areas, and potential policy recommendations to appropriate departments.
Red flags any potential non-compliant issues to management, determines the root cause, and applies experience and judgment to find resolution.
Continuous improvement of functional operations and knowledge content through the review and feedback process to resolve issues or accessibility concerns leading to improved support.
Work closely with Workday and ServiceNow administration teams on review and maintenance of the content, business processes, and other relevant areas.

Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or a related field (i.e. Information Systems) or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Three (3) years or more experience in a related field (i.e. HR, compliance legal, audit) with emphasis on program design and analysis required
