Summary

The Financial Reporting Analyst assembles information for a variety of recurring reports and analyses. The ultimate result of this job is to assist management in ensuring accurate internal and external reporting and reconciliation of financial data while overseeing all reporting requirements related to the AR department.

Essential Functions

  • Financial reporting and Accounting support through trial balance/consolidation

  • Accounts Receivable and technical support for processing issues as needed

  • Reconcile cash and receivables activity in the general ledger prior to month-end close

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment

  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills

  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or Finance

  • CPA certification preferred

  • Five (5) years or more General Accounting experience required
