Summary

The Marketing Automation Business Partner enables flawless execution of global campaigns and delivers a great experience for our customers and prospects. Technical expertise with Eloqua marketing automation is a MUST! Experience building and supporting demand generation programs, as well as, understanding customer segmentation with lifecycle marketing expertise. This role focuses on technical project management of the marketing automation development lifecycle in an agile environment including: requirements gathering, design/development, testing, configuration, and advanced administration.

As part of the Digital and Demand Generation team, the position will collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to successfully execute email campaigns, ensure marketing automation best practices, and capture feedback for platform and process enhancements. The position's goal is to implement successful vertical specific marketing automation campaigns in a B2B environment.

Essential Functions

  • Manage and administer marketing automation platform (Eloqua) and support the execution of B2B lead generation and customer campaigns.

  • Use Eloqua to set up and manage data from multiple sources through API's, Data Import, and Data Exports.

  • Use Eloqua to build, deploy, and monitor engagement programs, trigger, and batch campaigns. Implement and schedule approved email templates into Eloqua (HTML knowledge preferred).

  • Use a test, measure, learn approach to iterate and optimize campaigns to drive the best possible results, plugging any leaks in the lead funnel.

  • Administer and serve as super-user of marketing automation platforms, employing a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level understanding of captured data, data lead flow process, campaign processes, audience segmentations, data syncing criteria to integrated systems, and ongoing data integrity practices. Collaborate with marketing teams in development and implementation of key demand creation, automated nurturing, lead scoring, and lead management programs.

  • Coordinate with content creation and design resources to ensure assets are designed according to platform best practices and compatibility.

  • Write content for emails, landing pages, and text messages as needed. Reinforce policies and processes to ensure best practice usage of marketing automation platform.

  • Participate in cross-departmental buy-in and understand independent business realities of Sales, Marketing, and Call Center teams to ensure successful rollouts.

  • Collaborate with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integrations with marketing automation platforms.

  • Champion the quality of data in our marketing automation platform and CRM system; collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure required data is captured at all customer touch points.

  • Regularly report, optimize programs based on analysis based outcomes and business goals.

  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to find inventive ways to improve campaign performance and evolve the marketing automation platforms to deliver support across demand generation channels for the various business units within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent

  • Five (5) years or more 5 or more years experience in high-tech, B2B campaign management, integrated marketing, and demand generation. required

  • Five (5) years or more 5 or more years experience administering marketing automation solutions using (Eloqua platform) required

  • Five (5) years or more 5 or more years experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com Administrator experience is preferable) required

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and demand generation. advanced required

  • Knowledge of Web development and digital design skills -HTML intermediate required

  • Intermediate to Expert CRM Administration knowledge. advanced required

  • Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation skills advanced required

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market

data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or

certifications, etc.

The salary for this position ranges from $70K to $105K
