This position provides state licensing, permitting, IFTA (fuel) and mile tax reporting and audit support to Select Care lease customers who own their own fleet. This position works directly with our customers, state agencies, SSC and various positions in the field. The incumbent must possess strong communication and problem solving skills and the ability to work under the pressure of time constraints.


Prepare and file state and provincial IFTA and mile taxes on a monthly or quarterly basis as required by state. Process all licensing, fuel/mile permit applications for new accounts and/or new units and renew yearly. Maintain customer ACCESS Databases. Perform monthly spend account balances using WORKDAY. Prepare monthly customer billing using ACCESS data base and processing of journals using WORKDAY


Identify customers who are not providing the proper trip and fuel documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Communication with state agencies on any tax, permit or IRP issues on behalf of the customer. Provide audit support as needed. Perform other duties as assigned


HS diploma/GED Basic Financial Accounting course or equivalent


One (1) year or more experience Customer Service background helpful


Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates proficient problem solving skills. Ability to work within tight timeframes, meet strict deadlines and react swiftly to customer emergency requests. Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors). Ability to work independently and as a member of a Team. Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment. Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills. Detail oriented with follow-up practices.
