Summary

Supports leadership and organizational development initiatives by consulting with leaders and working with HRBPs to identify, diagnose, develop, and deliver strategies and programs to address talent gaps.

Essential Functions

  • Deliver training —classroom and virtual - using appropriate techniques to engage audience, solicit participation, and enhance learning.

  • Collaborate in the development and customization of training programs and related communications.

  • Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons learned into programs/plans and ensure learning journeys are curated, relevant and up-to-date for critical populations.

  • Support the design and rollout of an enterprise onboarding strategy

  • Consults with HR business partners and business leaders to identify and implement appropriate talent and development programs and assessments.

  • Provide instructional design support as needed (presentations, job aids, instructor guides, participant guides, course evaluations).

Additional Responsibilities

  • Communicate with HR business partners and business leaders regarding leadership development initiatives.

  • Analyze training and development data to assist in reporting performance and business impact as well as training needs.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Knowledge of eLearning/virtual training using software such as WebEx, Go-To Meeting, MS Teams, etcintermediate required

  • Knowledge of HRIS and/or Learning Management Systems and related functionality intermediate required

  • Proficient in using MS Office applications; advanced level in Excel intermediate required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or related field

  • Three (3) years or more in a training/development role working with facilitators and business operations teams required

  • One (1) year or more of facilitation experience preferred

  • One (1) year or more In a consultative capacity around talent management initiatives preferred

  • Knowledge of eLearning/virtual training using software such as WebEx, Go-To Meeting, MS Teams, etc. intermediate required

  • Knowledge of HRIS and/or Learning Management Systems and related functionality. intermediate required

  • Proficient in using MS Office applications; advanced level in Excel intermediate required
