We’re looking for a Digital Product Owner to deliver next-generation digital products and experiences to our customers. The Digital Product Owner will play a pivotal role in the future of our company, in charge of championing vision, strategy and roadmap for our suite of digital solutions.
With an in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, the Digital Product Owner is essential to leading teams to creating impactful experiences to market as efficiently as possible for our customers. Additionally, the Product Owner will be well versed in Design Thinking to develop, with the help of UX experts, the best possible user experience by discovering unmet opportunities through customer-centric techniques.
The Digital Product Owner will be an expert on the customer and users: their issues, pain, desires, how they think, how they work, and how they decide to interact with our platform. They will translate these needs into user stories and product deliverables to ensure a positive and user-centric experience

Develop new digital solutions and products to support the growth of COOP’s business
Partner with cross-functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and manage the prioritization of the platform roadmap with the development team
Develop KPIs to monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements
Collaborate across functions and business units to successfully grow revenues and deliver value to both users and customers
Gather and refine business requirements from the functional leaders for platform enhancements and automation
Coordinate with marketing and training, the proper communication to customers and internal users when new features are made available
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or related field
Deep knowledge of modern digital platform development technologies
5 or more years of relevant experience in a fast-growth, and agile environment
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint
Demonstrable experience leading and managing technology projects
Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
Analytical, data-driven problem solver
