The objective of this role is to manage the customer loyalty program and the rental customer experience. Create and execute marketing campaigns to improve customer loyalty. Support execution of national and local marketing programs for Rental Marketing. This position will report to the Marketing Director (Rental and UVS) and will be responsible for strategizing, supporting and managing the top Rental programs (Redzone and CSI). Responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team. Develop marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics. Manage vendor contracts and relationships. Manage a budget up to $500,000 that includes both marketing spend as well as point redemption.


Strategize and execute marketing campaigns, such as promotions, field incentive campaigns, email campaigns, monthly contests - to increase Ryder RedZone/CSI program participation. Track, analyze and report on results for marketing campaigns and local field activities. Research, choose, design and manage platform campaigns for RedZone to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre, during, post campaign strategy to increase engagement and response rates

Align marketing activities and local marketing strategies with frequency/cadence required to meet goals/quotas of the programs and manage prospect and customer databases through HQ, FIS, Redzone database CRM, LeadTracker and other internal systems. Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales.

Manage Ryder RedZone program and customer experience, including helping customers to register, redeem points, communicate new rewards monthly, answer customer inquiries about points and program. Manage a budget up to $500,000 that includes both marketing spend as well as point redemption

Communicate and train internal rental sales team on RedZone and CSI through monthly training courses via webinars or in person training sessions at HQ. Act as liaison between Rental marketing programs and HQ marketing to coordinate execution for national & field activated programs. Direct communication with customers to manage expectations, enroll them in RedZone program and prevent escalation of issues with program. Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs for both RedZone and CSI, and work with external and internal marketing vendors to develop tools, research, training and content.

Create Tableau reports on all Rental Marketing campaigns to track the ROI on marketing efforts for rental overall.


Performs other duties as assigned.


Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business or related field .


Four (4) years or more experience In marketing and/or sales support environment


Ability to build strong customer relationships.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities.

Ability to coordinate events and handle logistics.


experience in creative development, vendor management and developing new concepts within budget; level.

Must demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Salesforce, Tableau and other marketing-related computer programs.; level.
