To administratively support the Vehicle

Sales Manager through:

· Effectively manage all administrative processes

· Administer prospect and customer data base

· Coordinate local direct mail campaigns

· Monthly, weekly report compilation/generation

· Responsible for tracking all inventory from receipt through sale

· Supports Vehicle Sales Manager in staging, marketing and selling all used vehicles

· Complete contract documents as needed

· Obtain titles

· Independently gather work and coordinate paper flow

· Directly responsible for the administrative support of all annual sales

· Follow-up letters/phone calls and e-mails to customer service base

· General administration (filing, circulating documents, mailings, etc.)

· Special projects and reports as required

The ideal candidate will have:

· A post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

· A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in an administrative function, preferably in support of a sales/marketing department.

· An extreme proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

· A professional attitude illustrated through superior verbal and written communications skills coupled with demonstrated customer service skills.

· Demonstration of sound decision making skills and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information, necessitating use of discretion, tact and good judgment. Must be able to work independently, have analytical and problem solving skills, and superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong organizational skills, the ability to establish priorities with attention to detail, and work without direct supervision in a small office environment.

· Sales and/or Customer Service experience is beneficial
