Summary

The Vehicles Sales Management Trainee will be exposed to a variety of experiences to prepare them for future opportunities within the division. While this is primarily an entry level sales role, specific training will also cover the areas of rental, finance, operations, HR, and marketing. Individuals may need to be willing to relocate within their geographic territory at the end of the program. This position is fast paced and touches every aspect of the business unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn how to conduct sales outreach initiatives to prospective customers and assigned accounts.

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to improve retention.

  • Keep current on market and customer trends.

  • Learn how to develop and implement strategies necessary to improve sales performance.

  • Perform operational and administrative tasks.

  • Support the Vehicle Sales Managers in achievement of all location sales quotas, goals and objectives.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer service focused with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Self Starter/Self Motivator.

Qualifications:

  • H.S. diploma/GED required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • At least two (2) years of sales or customer service experience.

Travel: 0-10%
