The HR Business Partner II/Driver Retention Specialist plays a dual role in Operations and Human Resources. For Operations, they serve in a support function and are the first point of contact for frontline teams to include both the leaders and drivers. For Human Resources, they are responsible for handling requests from internal customers on reports, ad hoc and periodic, and participate in projects as assigned.
Support projects and creates report specifications for Analysis. Analyzes raw data and generates summaries.
Gathers monthly metrics and uploads data to appropriate files
Partners with HRBP on projects, participates on calls, etc. for continued development and learning
First point of contact for the frontline supporting an array of functions, i.e. recruiting, retention, subject matter expert
Conducts phone screenings for driver applicants, onboarding drivers (scheduling orientations / completing admin work / troubleshooting)
Gathers information on retention items such as surveys and action plans, support the terminals with other projects or tasks as needed
