The Accounting Analyst will provide financial and analytical support to the COOP team.

Essential Functions

  • Month-End Closing: To include journal entries as necessary to record cash / record revenue / expenses; explanations of variances vs. forecast / annual plan

  • General ledger research to ensure all possible billing opportunities are captured

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: To include forecasting and business planning

  • Prepares monthly financial package distributed to senior management

  • Prepares monthly GL account reconciliations

Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Supports special projects as required

  • Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to break down and figure out problems logically

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments

  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities

  • Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices


  • Bachelor’s degree/Technical Certification required accounting or Finance

  • Two (2) years or more Accounting and/or Payroll required

  • Two (2) years or more Strong research, analytical & problem solving skills required
