Customer Service Coordinator- Trucking

Sunday to Thursday schedule

Fridays and Saturdays Off!

Second Shift! 2PM to 10:30PM

$20.50 hourly pay, paid weekly, 40 hours a week, 401k, health, dental and vision insurance!

We're looking for someone who can: multitask, is a self starter, strong in customer service - strong communication skills - scheduling experience preferred/shop management - flexible - fast learner - knows excel and outlook -computer skills and can step in to lead team when needed.

The Customer Service Coordinator/Parts Inventory Coordinator will perform tasks related to parts inventory, scheduling and processing orders in our fast paced maintenance facility.

SUMMARY

As part of the Ryder team the Inbound Associate II will handle a variety of tasks including handling incoming call volumes, researching Ryder invoices, explaining charges, comchecks and communicating with external field personnel to close Salesforce cases within 2-day service level agreement (SLA).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Handle incoming calls.

Solve problems and investigate/resolve a variety of issues and requests.

Enter call cases into Salesforce.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

H.S. diploma/GED

EXPERIENCE

One (1) year or more experience Truck industry experience

One (1) year or more experience working with customers

SKILLS

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion.

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Able to work with minimal supervision. Operate effectively as part of a team in a call center environment. Adhere to departmental goals and metrics.

Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure. Handle stressful situations and high call volumes

Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).

Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.

Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices

KNOWLEDGE

Good command of the English language; advanced level.

Knowledge of systems and tools (FIS, Carms, Salesforce, etc.); intermediate level; preferred.

MS Office & Windows; intermediate level.
