The WMS Superuser reports to the Senior Logistics Manager and has responsibility for recommending, developing, and maintaining present and future systems that support the facilities operations, logistics, and inventory process.

Monday through Friday!!!

Additional Responsibilities

Monitor SAP Ryder functions

Communicate with customer IT resources

Track order release in SAP

Propose macros/short cuts for system efficiency

Review daily reports, MB51 by type for tracking

Communicate with local Ryder management team to daily releases/completions

Establish training for local Ryder management in SAP

Work with Ryder automation team and integration for SAP Autostore

Support other Ryder management, including cycle counts, reverse logistics systemically.

Essential Functions

Previous experience in SAP management controls

Experienced in zoning and layouts within SAP

Creating business rules

Articulate – Ability to intelligently communicate the business to both the client and employees using facts and emotional intelligence

Operational experience preferred allowing for a bridge in the gap between business and operations

Data analytics – Microsoft suite – Excel

Experienced with SAP hardware maintenance

Experience in trouble shooting SAP integration issues with automation is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree required in business, logistics, transportation. A combination of other education and experiences will be considered.

  • Five (5) years or more in the management of warehouse and/or transportation operations required
