The Senior Logistics Manager, Quality Manager will provide overall leadership of a quality management system in support of a inbound manufacturing supply chain operation. The incumbent will have and maintain high- level interface directly with the customer on a regular basis
Minimum of 5 years Quality Leadership experience. (Preferably in Manufacturing and/or Automotive).
Experienced in Managing Quality Department, consists of both salaried and hourly employees across multiple buildings and shifts.
In depth knowledge in proven problem solving processes- effectively lead in the detection of non-conformance issues, the initiation of root cause, and the development of countermeasures to resolution (PDCA, Fishbone, DMAIC, etc)
Keen focus on continuous improvement
Strong communication skills to support meetings at all levels of the company.
Experienced in creating and writing standard work instructions
Thorough understanding of ISO-9001 2015 compliance requirements.
Lead Internal Audit and Layered Audit programs
Previous experience working with throughput/data analysis methods.
Keen understanding of Industrial Engineering standards
Proven track record of working through complex issues while maintaining a positive work environment.
Proven Drive for Results work ethic and attitude.

Bachelor's degree required in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
Master's degree preferred in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Five (5) years or more in Supply Chain, Logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
Three (3) years or more Supervisory experience required.
Two (2) years or more Profit & Loss experience preferred.
Two (2) years or more Application experience of Lean principles, systems and tools required.
