Summary
The Senior Product Analyst of Ryder’s eCommerce Solutions is a highly motivated individual looking to help lead the next wave of development and growth of the eCommerce fulfillment product. This role is critical to support the scalability and growth of the product.
The Senior Product Analyst will support the Group Director in building a scalable ecommerce fulfillment product. Key responsibilities include product and client analysis of ecommerce order fulfillment and parcel shipping programs; influence and collaborate with a variety of teams; testing, support and project management of product initiatives; and supporting the definition of key product and process documentation. Furthermore, you will support in the development of other pertinent topics such as optimizing business processes, conducting analysis and developing tools for sales enablement and supporting key accounts.
Essential Functions
Provide input to fulfillment strategies and solutions to business problems
Participate in requirements analysis and user acceptance testing of new features
Work closely with customer success, sales, operations, product and technical teams to evaluate and resolve issues to ensure smooth fulfillment business operations
Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to solve business problems related to order fulfillment, pricing, transportation, SLAs, inventory and any other similar topics
Understand competitive solutions to influence the product roadmap
Collaborate with product marketing and sales on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
Be the subject matter expert on Fulfillment business systems. Understand how stakeholders (clients, end-customers, internal users, etc.) leverage systems to create outstanding customer experiences
Identify new product opportunities across the ecommerce Fulfillment Business

Skills and Abilities
Understanding of supply chain, ecommerce, shipping and logistics networks and/or operating environments
Strong project management and organizational skills
High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communication and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
Extensive process knowledge, planning abilities, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills
Natural tendency for collaboration and alignment
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required Operations, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Management or Related Field with related work experience
Four (4) years or more of progressive experience in technology Product Management or Business Analysis
Two (2) years or more experience with ecommerce, order fulfillment, parcel shipping or logistics
Travel
