Summary
The Warranty Coordinator II will be responsible for managing and communicating Warranty data to New Vehicle Warranty, Ryder shop and Vendor management in order to improve processes and increase Warranty credits. The specialist will monitor data and quality control plans to identify improvements.
Essential Functions
Prepare and analyze data for communication to vendors in regards to current contracts, labor rates, guidelines and coverages, aged open claims, denied claims, chargebacks and pending goodwill reviews and commercial claims to increase Warranty credits and build relationships with vendors
Prepare and analyze data for communications to field management in regards to missing information on repairs, 4-15s, and chargebacks to increase Warranty credits and build Warranty/Field relationships
Schedule and manage vendor rep meetings and field management meetings to include coordinating Warranty team management to discuss vendor specific data to improve Warranty credits and maintain vendor/field relationships.
Responsible for gathering Warranty data from Insights Reporting and saving for daily and month-end reporting audits
Work with vendors to obtain Warranty dealer claim information to report a comparison of internal Warranty repair credits verses those done outside
Update vendor contract files process desk manuals specific to each Warranty vendor
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Special projects as needed

Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
Intermediate level of MS Office and Windows knowledge intermediate required
Data entry with speed and accuracy intermediate required
Qualifications
Associates in Business/Communications degree or HS diploma/GED with equivalent years of experience
Two (2) years or more Analytical/Reporting experience a plus preferred
One (1) year or more Insights Reporting experience preferred
Intermediate level of MS Office and Windows knowledge intermediate required
Data entry with speed and accuracy intermediate required
