We are currently seeking outgoing, customer-centric and motivated individuals to join our Inside Sales Team based in Alpharetta as an Account Development Manager.
You will be a key member of an important part of our business. This is a business to business sales opportunity and great entry point into a potentially long term career at our Fortune 500 Company.
The Account Development Manager ADM expands Ryder's foot print in the Marketplace and shortens the sales cycle by turning over more highly qualified leads to Field Sales. This individual is responsible for Local Accounts.
In this role you will engage in lead nurturing and, based on the Lead's match to the ICP and their activity level, assesses whether and when the Lead merits one-on-one attention.
You will also give one-on-one nurturing using BANT Lead qualification criteria to determine if the Lead merits assignment of a sales resource.
You will schedule meetings between the Sales Qualified and a Ryder Sales Representative, educate and develop prospects regarding Ryder's Value Proposition and services offered.
As part of this role you will maintain a high level of call volume in order to pass qualified leads to sales, sets customer appointments and generates revenue dollars.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience
Three (3) years or more of successful sales experience
Three (3) years or more of Inside Sales experience preferred
Five (5) years or more of experience selling in a B2B environment
Use technology and self-motivated to accurately research and engage customers to identify future opportunities
Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors); able to communicate clearly with C-Level customer and with experienced Ryder Sales Team
Work independently and as a member of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated, with excellent closing skills
Good mathematical ability
Excellent organizational skills and effective time and activity management skills
Maturity and self-confidence with the ability to work under pressure
Detail and goal oriented, must be able to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas
Ability to prioritize work
Aptitude for acquiring selling skills and product knowledge; seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
Capability to multi-task and highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Excellent systems literacy knowledge - MS Office, Excel, Word, and Internet
Knowledge of how to utilize keyboard/PC to capture in a dynamic way, customer discovery (advanced level)
