Ryder System Inside Sales Vehicle Sales Representative in ALPHARETTA, Georgia
We are hiring FULL TIME Inside Sales Vehicle Sales Representatives to work full time shifts between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Monday through Friday. You will be part of our Inside Sales team in Alpharetta, Georgia. You will be provided with a number of weeks of training to prepare you to provide a great customer experience and sharpen your sales skills.
As the frontline support for the Inside Vehicle Sales Managers, you will work with different functional groups within our Inside Sales Organization including: Sales/Inside Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management. Your job will be to ensure that the customer experience and the buying process is as possible.
This is a full time job between the hours of 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday – Friday.
The hourly pay for this role is $18.50

High School diploma or equivalent
One (1) year or more experience in Sales/administrative support
Performs work independently with minimal supervision. Must be high energy, self motivated, self directed
Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Good computer skills that include: Word, Excel, Internet, CRM systems (advanced level)
Manage the sales process including titling, licensing, and legal sale documents
Manage mandatory compliance requirements, i.e. Sarbanes Oxley, Safety STAR Program and related company communications/initiatives
Maintain cash log where applicable, collect funds accurately and timely
Work closely with the Inside Sales Vehicle Sales Manager to ensure sales processing is efficient and timely
Maintain vehicle sales compliance with local, state, Federal and other regulating agencies
Work closely with the prospective customers or established customers to ensure all applicable information is gathered to reduce the time it takes to process the sale
Work closely with the prospective customers or established customers to enhance their sales experience
Sales and Marketing:
Responsible for structuring all ancillary products (Finance and Extended Warranty) to meet customer needs, and fulfill Ryder’s expectations
Expand relationships with new and existing customers by proactively communicating with them via phone or email
Maximize sales time by providing sales support to the Inside Vehicle Sales Manager
Maximize customer experience by providing a smooth sales processing cycle
Ensure the location is Sarbanes Oxley compliant in all required areas
Maximize productivity by streamlining sales processing activities and improving current processes
Performs other duties as assigned
