Ryder System Coordinator 3-Used Vehicle Warranty in ALPHARETTA, Georgia

Position Description

The 3-Used Vehicle Warranty Coordinator position performs a variety of tasks depending on department and function. Responsible for secretarial and clerical support at the Director level.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

  • Three (3) years or more experience in a clerical, administrative role and customer service

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Effective interpersonal skills

  • Detail oriented, proactive with excellent follow-up practices

  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills

  • Ability to:

  • Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)

  • Work independently and as a member of a team

  • Performs work independently with minimal supervision. No instructions needed on routine work, general instructions given on new lines of work or special assignments

  • Applies advanced skills to the position within functional areas. Adapts procedures, processes and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position

  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in MS Office (advanced level)

Responsibilities

  • Locating, compiling or entering data into databases, files or spreadsheets and formatting reports/graphs/tables and records

  • Preparing invoices or budgetary requests

  • Maintaining or preparing financial or other records

  • Preparing or maintaining files

  • Answering questions on departmental services, functions or practices

  • Coordinating office services such as payroll, purchasing, records and project information

  • Coordinating special projects and events, office activities and meetings

  • Leading other Coordinators when appropriate

  • Performs other duties as assigned
