TheIT Account Managerwill manage IT support for US account/s through all phases of the account relationship including business development, implementation, and steady state support. This position is the central point of liaise between the business/ engineering/finance, and IT teams.


* BA/BS degree with emphasis in Computer Science or Business or five (5) years related industry experience


* A minimum of 3 (three) years Logistics, Supply Change, Inventory, Process Control and/or Transportation experience


* Minimum of 3 (three) years Project Management experience


* Intermediate level skills with MS Project such as customizing views, panes & tables, using filters and custom fields, editing tables and views, creating and editing standard and customized reports, using the Organizer, master projects and subprojects, sharing resources across projects, organizing multiple projects, tracking multiple projects, workgroup project management, and assigning tasks.

- PMO certification a plus

- Strong SQL skills required

- Candidate should be goal oriented, process driven, and customer focused

- Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must have the ability to develop a technical process and perform analysis and/or specify an integrated solution between systems.

- Must have ability to manage resources in a matrix environment

- Strong software and industry knowledge an asset

Responsible for coordinating all project activities during the life of a project; including but not limited to, client (external) and customer (internal) communication, liaise to internal IT functional teams, requirements definition, formulation of integrated solution architecture to meet business requirements, implementation strategy and planning, plan execution working with functional IT teams in a matrix environment, management of project risks to ensure project deliverables, project status updates to executive-level business personnel, Level 3 steady state support, regular IT financial reporting (project and/or account level analysis), client presentations and demonstrations, and business development support.
